   The company is mostly focused on a global market, where both domestic national and international security companies operate (on Ukrainian territory or abroad) on the following directions: personal security, stationary objects security, escort security for logistic services etc.

FOR EMPLOYERS

       Our company conducts personnel manning and personnel training in the security sector on the following directions:

– personal security;

– security of stationary and mobile objects (mainly objects, located in high-risk areas);

– escort security for a cargo, transported by land, sea, or air means of transportation.

       Our company hires specialists with decent practical expertise in the security sector, people with actual combat experience in ensuring security in high-risk areas (war zones, territory of countries facing armed conflicts challenges, piracy prone areas, etc.).

          The company has a pool of potential candidates, including people from reserve, major part of them served in elite army units (special operation forces, airborne units, marine corps, etc.) or in special units of governmental agencies (national police, state border guard service, national guard, etc.), candidates possess the required knowledge and training skills, and have the required documents package.

          Our company studies and prepares a job candidate by following the next steps:

1st step – RECRUITMENT

          A candidate is selected for a job through personal relations and due to recommendations from ex-military (candidates chosen for a job and still-in-service representatives in the security sector), who have a large circle of acquaintances in this field.

2ndstep – RESUME

When studying a candidate’s resume, main focus is on the following criteria:

  • age;
  • education (basic and special);
  • relation to military service (military rank, peculiarities of the military service, military branch, years in service, etc.);
  • work experience in the security sector;
  • combat experience;
  • physical fitness test;
  • level of knowledge and skills in military and special disciplines;
  • foreign languages (English language level);
  • availability of the documents and certificates package, required for employment in the security sector;
  • other supplementary data, that may be used for assessment of physical, psychological (mental) fitness, and professional level of a candidate applying for a job; documents, that allow to define the possibility of a candidate’s employment to a certain agency.

3rd step – INTERVIEW

          Prior to an interview, a candidate submits original documents, proving his/her identity, and documents proving the information in the resume (military service, education, work experience, etc.).

          During the interview procedure, main focus is given to the information stated in the candidate’s resume with a detailed discussion for each paragraph.       

4th step – TEST

          When the interview step is achieved and approved, the next step for the candidate is to pass practical tests on military disciplines (weapon handling, tactics, physical fitness, etc.), as well as foreign language test.

Moreover, with involvement of certain specialists, the candidate is assessed on his/her stress-management skills, overall morale, and readiness to work in high-risk conditions.

As a result of practical tests, a conclusion is driven about the candidate’s professional skills and ability to work in the security sector on a certain direction and within a certain area in accordance with the requirements of the employer.

The employer can amend the list of practical tests to be conducted for the candidate.

5th step – PROFESSIONAL APTITUDE

After the process of candidate selection (and study) is done, a summarized reference about the candidate’s professional aptitude is made and submitted to the employer.

In case the employer has any additional questions as to certain biography facts of the candidate or his/her professional skills and knowledge, additional measures are taken in order to clarify the facts.

6th step – INTERVIEW WITH THE EMPLOYER

After the process of candidate selection is done, the candidate’s professional aptitude test is made (and it meets the requirements of the employer), the next step is organization of an interview for the candidate with the employer in an “online” mode (through a VTC or social media).

7 th step – EMPLOYMENT      

          After a successful interview, the candidate is hired and further conditions of cooperation are to be discussed and agreed upon later with each client individually.
