Our team provides information support of international humanitarian organizations and other agencies (media representatives, construction companies, etc.), which operate in close proximity to FLOT in Ukraine or in other high-risk areas.

In order to ensure security for the abovementioned organizations to function properly in high-risk areas, our company provides the following services:

1. Providing consulting services on the situation within the area, where the client company may be possibly operating (risk assessments for the staff and actions in the area, findings on the peculiarities of work in the specific area, etc.).
2. Providing consulting services with employees (held briefings) as to visits of high-risk areas (areas close to combat actions, mined territories, etc.).
3. Providing stable and reliable information support regarding the situation in the area, where the client company’s employees are located.
4. Providing assistance in establishing communications with governmental agencies and other security sector organizations, when the client company’s interests correlate with their areas of responsibility.
5. Providing a detailed situation analysis of the area with the aim to detect any possible risks and prevent hazardous situations, that may occur and endanger employees performing their duties.
6. Providing recommendations as to security personnel manning (and escort security personnel manning), conducting checks of their professional aptitude and, in case of need, organization of personnel’s proper training (retraining).
7. Providing stable communications between “ICG-Protection” and security personnel, enabling regular information exchanges on a situation update in the client company’s area of interest, thus, ensuring client’s security.
8. Providing assistance in resolving different situations that may occur, when client company’s personnel perform their duties (constant cooperation between “ICG-Protection” and security personnel, permanent information support, assistance in establishing communications with other actors, cooperation between “ICG-Protection” with local (regional) authorities and representatives of certain governmental agencies and other organizations).
